PestWorld 2023 will be held at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The hotels for PestWorld 2023 are the Sheraton Waikiki, The Moana Surfrider, and The Royal Hawaiian. The attendance for PestWorld is between 3,500 – 4,000 people. This includes exhibitors and all attendees.

The cost of an Allied membership is based on the amount of sales that your company does within the pest management industry. Please click here for more specific pricing.
A 50% deposit of your total booth amount is due at the time of your booking. Final payments are due by June 1, 2023. After June 1, 2023, any balance due on a PestWorld 2023 booth is past due. Failure to provide payment in full will result in cancellation of booth space and forfeiture of deposit.
Exhibitors receive the following for each 10’x10’ space:
Additional Badge — $300 — includes all PestWorld 2023 official functions, including the exhibit hall, general sessions, and educational sessions. Final night party tickets are not included but can be purchased separately.
As per the official NPMA Cancellation policy, located in the exhibit contract, “Cancellations by the exhibitor of booth space contracts must be received in writing. Cancellations received before June 1, 2023, will be refunded, less a cancellation and processing fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per one hundred (100) square feet of space rented. No refund will be made of the deposit if notice of cancellation is after June 1, 2023.”
National Pest Management Association has selected Fern as the official general services contractor. Fern can provide carpeting, furniture, labor, shipping, and other services.
Yes. Fern has been selected as the official general services contractor for PestWorld 2023. The booth fee includes the hard walls and identification sign. Costs for booth furnishings, carpeting, drayage, and electric will all be additional. Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering these items through Fern.
Please note, all exhibitors are required to have carpet or another type of floor covering in their booth. If you do not pre-order carpet, or provide your own floor covering, carpeting will be forced onsite at the expense of the exhibitor.
Exhibitors will have access to the Fern OneView portal online. All orders for furniture, electric, carpet, etc… will be placed through the online Fern OneView portal. Exhibitor login information and instructions will be sent out via email in late April.
Yes. Exhibits are required to purchase carpeting or provide floor covering. Carpet can be rented through Fern.
Yes, union labor may be required for some aspects of your installation and dismantling. Please refer to the Union Regulations section in the Fern OneView online portal.
Exhibitors may employ the services of independent contractors to install and dismantle their booths. Written notification must be submitted to Fern at least 30 days prior to move in. Exhibitors must provide evidence that the EAC has the proper certificate of insurance.
Everyone that enters the exhibit hall needs an official badge. NPMA is providing security for the hall 24 hours a day throughout the convention. If you need badges for workers that are helping with set-up or tear-down only, please inform NPMA prior to the show or stop by the registration desk on-site and a badge can be made for them at no charge.
Space sales are assigned according to the Exhibitor Seniority System. A booth space drawing is held in September, approximately one year and one month out from the convention. Space is awarded by seniority with the companies that have exhibited for the most consecutive number of years having first choice. If a company does not participate in the booth space drawing, space then becomes available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
No. Exhibitors are prohibited from subletting all or any part of their contracted booth space.
Exhibitors are welcome to hold drawings in their booth to increase traffic. Winners of drawings can be announced during the Friday exhibit hours only. Once an exhibiting company has picked a winner, that information can be brought to the NPMA booth and we will announce the winner and direct them to your booth. We do not make announcements during any other exhibit hall hours as it interferes with communication and dialog on the exhibit floor.

Hospitality suites and meeting rooms can only be rented to companies that are exhibiting at the PestWorld show. If you would like to book space, please e-mail Megan Moloney. She will put you in touch with the proper person at either the PestWorld hotels or the Hawaii Convention Center. You may then work directly with the hotel or Convention Center to secure the space you need.

Yes! NPMA has 3 Exhibitor Connection Lounges available for exhibitors to use to hold short meetings with customers. The lounges can be reserved in 1-hour time slots with a maximum of 2 time slots per company per day. Lounges are available on a first come first serve basis and can be reserved ahead of time. Look for more information to come on how to reserve online.
