FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow do I register?Online: Online registration is the fastest and easiest way to register. Click here to register online. Why am I not getting the member rate while trying to register?The most common reason for not receiving the member rate is that you have not logged into the NPMA website. Before attempting to register online, log into the NPMA website using your MyNPMA login credentials. To login, go to the NPMA website homepage, in the top right corner you’ll see the “LOG IN/MEMBERS ONLY” button. It’s located directly beneath the search bar. If you logged into the NPMA website and still do not receive the member rate, your company’s NPMA membership may have lapsed, or there may be an issue with the company your profile is linked to. To check on the status of your membership and company affiliation you may reach out to us at npma@pestworld.org. I’ve added multiple people to my cart, but when I check out people are missing/my total is incorrect. What do I do?If this happens, try clearing your cookies/cache in your web browser and then attempt the online registration process again. Another helpful tip is to avoid using the back button while registering online as this may cause problems with your cart. However, if you continue to experience problems while registering online, you may call our office at 703-352-6762 and we can assist you with registering over the phone. What does the Spouse/Guest registration include?
I’m trying to register and I need help, who do I contact?You may contact Annie Batdorf at abatdorf@pestworld.org or by phone, 800-678-6722. Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Can I substitute my registration for somebody else?Absolutely! Just submit your substitution request in writing to Annie Batdorf at abatdorf@pestworld.org. We will need the following information in your request: the name of the attendee who can no longer attend, the name of the attendee who will fill their place along with their company information, email contact, and their applicator license information (if applicable). Can I attend the Board, Council, and Committee meetings happening alongside this event?Yes! NPMA continues to grow and thrive because of the ideas shared by our volunteer leaders. We encourage you to attend these meetings and consider serving your association in the future. Is there a Pre or Post Convention Trip?Yes! You can find information about the trips here. How do I get from my hotel to the Hawaii Convention Center?The Hawaii Convention Center is located about 1 mile away from the Sheraton Waikiki, Royal Hawaiian, and Moana Surfrider hotels. NPMA will be offering limited shuttle services and will be providing a shuttle schedule later this summer. Shuttles will only run for the Aloha Landing (located outside of the Sheraton Waikiki between the Sheraton and Royal Hawaiian) and the Convention Center. Attendees can also walk (about a 20-minute walk), grab an Uber/Lyft, or use one of the scooter rentals (Lime Scooters) to get to and from the convention center. I've lost my badge. Can I get a replacement?If you have lost your badge, please come to the Registration Area onsite during published hours. You will be granted one complimentary reprint of your badge. Additional lost badges will be replaced at a fee of $50/each. |
